WarmKaros Bed & Breakfast is a 20 minute drive from the East London Airport and close to the N2 from Durban, and N6 from Bloemfontein. 

Eight spacious one and two bedroom suites open up onto private decks and overlook an indigenous forest, teeming with bird life.  Suites are equipped with study desks to allow you to catch up on office work required for business trips.  A television with DSTV and wireless internet access are available in each suite. 

A choice of breakfast options is available to suit your needs.  Dinner and lunch can be arranged on request. 

An air conditioned conference facility for up to 12 delegates is available on site. 

This venue offers you a break away from the office environment, ideal for brainstorming sessions, meetings and training.  The venue is equipped with the standard conference equipment.  Catering can be arranged for you.

What is in the Name?

“KAROS” is the indigenous word to describe a warm blanket made from an animal skin worn by South African tribesmen.

WarmKaros is the name of the Fourie family farm in the Karroo.  It is situated in the Jansenville disctrict of the Eastern Cape.  This farm has been owned by the Fourie family for more than a century and is well known for rearing Angora goats and is also a prime area for game hunting during the winter season.  We invite you into our establishment and hope that you will enjoy your stay in a typical South African home, full of warmth and laughter.  A warm welcome awaits all guests at WarmKaros Bed & Breakfast.
